I Care About Our Planet

It saddens me how so many people are ignorant about the fact that shit's about to hit the fan real hard climate wise. within my lifetime, if nothing drastic is done, we could have a dystopian/ apocalyptic scenario at our hands.

But that's fake news...climate change is liberal propaganda to steal money from the government to pay scientists to create fake studies while they turn the world into a socialistic hugging commune for snowflakes.

@SW-User You only have to look around you to see the changes. Look at a picture of a glacier from 50 years ago and one from today. You can clearly see a difference and with these rates they will be gone within the forseeable future.
Furthermore it is common knowledge that methane and carbon dioxide is greenhouse gasses that enhances the effect of global warming (methan 20x as bad as CO2). if you combine that fact with the amount of carbon and methane emissions, you have global warming.

Adding to that, when the ice melts in the tundra (frosen land and ice) melts there will be massive emissions of methane wich will have a rapidly and exponantially increase in methane emissions wich will lead to devestating effects. You can proboably understand that 20x as bad as carbon, all the ice, rapidly increasing temperatures leading to more melting of ice will rapidly get dangerous. I can go on and on about this topic.

@attaboy the glaciers are only shrinking because they are the main ingredient in snow cones.

@imLobo you know what's sad?

@imLobo no, it's sad that the state of my home country is so dysfunctional that you think my original response is anything but satirical commentary on the idiocy of the far right. Also, how quick you are to engage that type into an argument that they so obviously crave.

@imLobo please tell me you're returning the favor of being a troll. I can respect that. You should know by now, that no climate change denier can be swayed by little tidbits of information that could be called fake news in today's society. I hope you aren't that naive. You shouldn't take life so seriously, you'll never get out alive.

@SW-User We will see who is laughing in some decades and you realise how utterly ignorant you were.

@attaboy look at my first response to you. Is that not obviously a joke? Lol. You people are killing me. I'm literally laughing out loud. Thank you for making my night more entertaining.

@imLobo *sigh* that's the future I hope we can somehow avoid for my son and one day his children.

@imLobo I know :( they are talking about total antibiotic resistance in about 10 years, but maybe even 5. And we have always thought things would take less time than it actually took. so why not now..

@imLobo I am at the moment stuck with my parents bad enviromental habits as I live with them, but I try to have an effect on their habits.

@imLobo Yes, and cutting down on certain kinds of meat, processed products and products that travel the world before ending up in your hand. Switching to renewable energy sources, commuting to work, second hand, dont buy stuff you dont need, donate stuff, composte foods and sooooo much more.
