More than most people have come to appreciate that we need to pay attention to the state of our planet, our garden, and do our best to keep the rubbish under more strict control, and those who pay no heed to the conditions we all live in need to be prosecuted for their dereliction.

That's certainly true and governments need to pass legislation to restrict big business and the use of plastics and other long lasting substances such as those used on non stick pans.
