Do the stores where you live still give out plastic bags? Tell me your country/province and whether they give them out

California USA, most stores sell them for 10 cents. There are a few that don't sell them at all. Yet the only one I know of, that doesn't sell them, is Aldi's.

Some small businesses still hand them out freely. Yet that's a business size, state law. So many customers they must charge by state laws. Why all the big chain stores must charge.
