A/C is installed

Cost i don't know. Installer said I'd be billed i did tip him him and his helper though. Inside was 101° it is only 96° outside

Missouri does get hot as hell. And yeah once it gets so hot outside the air conditioner really struggles to do much. It should definitely be cooler indoors than out though.
