@PhoenixPhail there's something holding up the right side. And only the right side. Notice how he is tilted to the right side and the movement in his clothing is as well on the right. She comes out of his clothing that is all bunched up. To over come the balance he over balances to the left. Therefore collapsing the head and he lands on the floor on the left collapsed head.
