I can literally feel it's effects wearing off after 8 or 9 hours as my jaw tightens. Then when I take my dose, I can feel the pressure start subsiding in 30 minutes or so.

I have had a migraine for a few days and I can attest in the wonders of ibuprofen. My gut is going to be screwed but at least the pain is minimal .. for now. I have been piggybacking Tylenol too.
