Did you see this on Facebook today?

@FreestyleArt Did something happen on Facebook to turn you off to it? I know it's not a favorite now -- I do still have some friends on it. But I prefer using Sim. Wor. Where I can be open and vocal without worrying about my career.

@Mindful too much drama. Too much risk of privacy and too much AI including ads now what I heard. It's a scam site all along. I'm not into huge social websites because they suck of everything. Trillionairs don't care about it's own users.

@FreestyleArt I am/was disappointed at how some women at work used it to be judgemental of other women. I thought it was about sharing and spreading joy, but some people just use it for material to criticize or poke fun of others. That's what I call drama.

@Mindful Now I don't feel bad. 🙂 I have thought about getting an account, but I just can't push myself to do it.

@Musicman when it comes to online sites, I think it's important to feel comfortable. But maybe that's impossible. No matter the site, we're all putting a part of ourselves "out there" to be seen or judged. I'm going to say that Facebook is harmless, but I think that's because of my age and attitude. If you're curious about it, I'm pretty sure you can browse without joining. I think Facebook and any site is only harmful if you plan to run for a political position, and if you plan on attempting to defame someone you don't like. Some of the friends I do lunch with, I don't even hardly facebook with. They see me and say nothing. Haha.I just text my friends if I want to see or talk to them. Same with family. Yeah, don't feel bad, that's for sure. But if you're that's curious about others go for it. We're not rich enough to matter to Zuckerberg

@Mindful There are times I think I would like it. Other times I'm glad I don't have an account. I have heard of Tic Tok. I don't know of any other sites.
