My son and his buddies have the full autos that stick in a cardboard box . When all that started i bought a couple dozen sets of eye protection and put them in a bucket with a lid on it in my bushes. I told them i wouldn't come after them as long as they wore eye protection. They all wore them . Those guns are pretty cool
@Dainbramadge That was all they did. They had "wars" that lasted all day. They would come in for something to drink and eat and their skin had red dots all over the place. I knew exactly what they would do. When I was a kid, we just used BB guns.
@helenS We got 15,000 rounds, red, white and yellow, and each gun has an extra 16 round mag. They are battery powered and shoot 180 fps so we don't have to worry about welts. LOL They have a selector switch from semi to full auto.
@SW-User WEll it depends how deep you want to get. We got the guns off Amazon for $35 or $40. Ammo is real cheap. But I just posted a video on this thread of some guys who have serious money invested.

@Dainbramadge Well that's not too bad...guess like you said it's only a high dollar if you go crazy with it. Will have to look into this. Surprise the kids and piss off my wife all in one fell swoop 🤣
@SW-User Make sure you get the ones that shoot like around 180 fps. 240 might be a bit much. Never tried that one. But some of these guns are insane and shoot 400 fps. LOL They have Co2 powered. Electric like the ones we have or just spring and piston powered.
@bookerdana Yes only less painful at 180 fps. I used to play a lot of paintball back in the day. Had a five man team and played Ohio, Chicago, Pittsburgh Penn., Indian app. Indiana. etc. This isn't as physical and like I said no welts. LOL
@ruckuz Dude. We have BB's everywhere. All over outside you can't walk a foot without seeing a scad of them at your feet. Then there is the house. LOL. I saw a stink bug on the ceiling the other day and wondered if I could shoot it. That wondering lasted about 1/10th of a second and I unloaded a full mag on full auto on it. I got the bug ... and a mess of BB's all over the kitchen. LOL
@ruckuz You need not go there. There was a company back when I played a lot, don't know if they still do this, that made a ball with wax in it to help keep the mark from smudging. AKA cheating. LOL. With the added wax it increased the density of the paint and made it hit like a brick. I mean, at 250 fps a normal paintball can leave a welt. The wax filled was guaranteed to leave a bloody festering welt. LOL ProBall was the company that made this evil mix. LOL
