Maybe I found what I was looking for

I've been wondering what I could use or take other than coffee for energy. I remember an old coworker mentioning B12 vitamins.

I have been up since 7am. It is 2am and I'm not sleepy.
I took the vitamin at 1pm

Need to take it earlier in the day. Some vitamins including Vitamin C need to be taken in the morning. When I was anemic 15 years ago I was getting B-12 injections at an independent lab. B-12 helps to build red blood cells. Those injections lasted for a full month.
