Can you feel other people's energy?

Very much so. I believe everyone can but we become disconnected. We feel like shit because we’re supposed to be connected.

Many times energy is not mutual

Yes....Exhaustion, useless redirected anger and frustration .

Pointless wasted energy directed at the wrong things, perpetuating a downward spiral .
