Break it down further into smaller bits of information... then repeat it to yourself until you know it. Then add another piece, and keep going till you know it plus the first thing you learned... then add a third...It takes time and elbow grease to make your mind settle, concentrate, and absorb the material until you can recall it. Its not fast or exciting, but it is what is necessary to get you where you want to be. Also, watching instructive videos after you have jammed your head full is a good break. After the test, you will think that really that wasn't all that much to know...Good luck! 😉
