Forgetting your PE kit was not a valid excuse for getting out of PE at my school. You did your best to borrow spare kit before the lesson, but if that did not work you just had to do it in your underwear 😟

On more than one such occasion I thought I had borrowed myself some spare shorts, but they turned out to be way too big and I ended up running around in my knickers 😥
