There wasn't such a thing as spare kit at my school, no kit meant sit out the lesson馃檨 No plimsolls or trainers meant bare feet, that happened to me on more than one occasion.

@GkB01 No plimsolls or trainers meant bare feet. No shorts and T-shirt meant knickers and vest 馃槦

@QuietSophie We could get away with no shirt indoors, called PE in 'skins'. Not sure it would be permitted now馃檪

@QuietSophie I'd certainly have been uncomfortable with wearing just underwear. Did you have to wear a netball tabard or underwear very often馃槵?

@GkB01 Three times in secondary school. I remember each vividly and no, I was not at all happy or comfortable having to do PE in my underwear 馃槬

@QuietSophie I'd have remembered my kit after the first time I think馃檪

Once I left it on the kitchen table and my mum was out and I wasn't allowed home to collect it. I had PE last thing in the afternoon and I was miserable all day knowing I was going to have to do it in knickers and bare feet 馃槦
