I Remember Physical Education In Vest And Pants [I Hated Physical Education Class]

At my primary school, if you weren’t wearing a vest when you forgot your PE kit, you had to do PE shirtless.

Which was extremely awkward as a girl. The double embarrassment of having your bare nipples exposed for the boys to see, in addition to your panties. I experienced this humiliation myself a few times.

In the last year of primary school, many girls started wearing bras. Which provided a bit more dignity if you forgot your kit.

We had gym class when we reached the 7th grade. We wore t-shirts and little shorts. We had a separate gym for girls. At 12-13 many of the girls were maturing and wore bras. Not me though.

@QuietSophie I still don't except for a tube top sometimes. I did wear one at the office for a while in the Summer. I drew too much attention.

@QuietSophie I find bras very uncomfortable. But in a business environment, I stood out so to speak. lol
