The passing mention

The mindless miser
Temporarily banned

A fleeting feeling
Held and dropped
The lousy fish
Released then caught

A brilliant sunrise
Obscured by clouds
The magnificent
Beneath the shroud

The closeted garment
A hidden gem
The absent secret
The bloomless stem

The wanted fancy
Behind closed doors
The wasted wish
Forevermore

The darkened night
A failing fantasy
The wrongest right
Caged but free

The lasting impression
A shunned atrocity
A being consumed
By it's mediocrity.
