Other things to discuss on Monday: So this week I was spontaneously funny on three separate occasions.

Made people laugh. But....I realised that it still didn't make me likeable.

There's something else to being likeable that I still haven't identified yet.

And if I can't identify it, I can't learn it. I'm determined to! And I don't mean likeable as in revered like a god. I just mean enough to build contacts and rapport among colleagues in order to have professional references that could come on handy in the future. I am a hard worker. But I've come to understand that is not enough or even the crux of climbing up the ladder. It sure plays a part. But only a part.
