What's the worst thing you ever put in the microwave? What was the end result?

Had some leftovers in a steel pot, 2AM and thought I might as well just heat it in the pot to save on dishes... took about 3 seconds of sparks before I got it out again. Completely blanked on the fact it was steel.

When I was a kid, I wanted to help a frozen chocolate bar thaw quicker. It was still in the foil wrapper. I didn’t know you can’t do that. Anyway, the paper caught on fire. 🫣

I overcooked microwave popcorn one time and blackened it. Cleaned the microwave the best I could but it smelled like a paper fire every time I used it for an entire month.

Put leftover Taco Bell Burrito in the Microwave. I didn't realize they put a small amount of foil in the wrappers to make them shinny and it started sparking in the microwave.
