Ive finally learned why I feel like I do the cause behind my pain and bruising. I have rheumatoid arthritis.

I'm just laying in bed and my knees and shoulders and ankles are just throbbing. Pinky on the left hand feels swollen and sore the middle joint portion. I feel like something left to rot in a scrap heap.

I was hurting every day and started taking vitamin D supplements and the pain stopped. I do have rheumatoid arthritis for about 30 years but this daily pain was something else. Might wanna have your Vitamin D levels checked.
