I Learned Something New Today

Life hurts.
Living hurts.
Life is also beautiful and miraculous.

Two people can care and love each other beyond a shadow of doubt, without communicating on a regular basis. Even without clear verbal communication, two people can live and love... together.

Two people can also be vulnerably open and constant in their sharing and communication and experience the same depth and dimension as the two distant partners.

The thing is... you’re never ever fully safe when you love, when you open, when you give, when you share, when you connect.

I rarely say never, but in life and love...
nothing is ever guaranteed and you are never safe from being hurt.

Hurting is a part of life and love and if it doesn’t hurt... then is there any love at all?

Because, just like the light can not be without the dark... love can not be without the hurt.

Wow, such a truthful post. I know this trial very well and you said it all with..
Because, just like the light can not be without the dark... love can not be without the hurt.
Perhaps our experiences are a little more bittersweet than those of most, but the tale rings true regardless! Anyone who claims love is all sunshine and roses, like puppy dogs and kittens at play, I honestly don't think are experiencing love in all its glory. A lot of such glory is actually very "ugly".

I hate these are your feelings, but I truly love this post. Happy wishes sent your way..💞

I only wish to love and learn... there’s truly not much else to life. 😘@SW-User

@HotMessExpress102 My ultimate goal as well. Everything is quite pointless. And we will.😉😘

Realism versus idealism. Love it! 🥰
That is loving. Loving love is shallow romanticism.

Isn’t love defined by what we experience?

@Pfuzylogic most certainly and those experiences are not alway sunshine and roses!
