Our neighbors kid, Tarfig Herte, age 9, says he has his own credit card but that the authorities will never find him Becuase he "took the numbers off
the front of his house ". Is he making things up??

Unusual name. Looks vaguely Eastern European. You should never though, reveal private individuals' names on any social-media site; especially without permission.
