Catholic school life

My parents sent me to catholic school from JK to Grade 8. Ever since i was four i had to pray everyday in school and read the bible. They also taught you how not to sin and that sinning is bad. I also got my communion baack in 2008 and that was the last time i went to church. After Grade 8 i became an atheist because i wasent getting brainwashed anymore. I dont need some man in the clouds to tell me whats right and whats wrong and how to do good in my life.

You normally have your first communion at age 7, when you're in the second grade. It's a huge deal, only to be outdone by your 8th grade confirmation.

@TheSettingSunIsCrying I didn't realize private catholic schools let the student decide when and if he should continue going to church.

I went to one and was expelled. It was not based on academics but the refusal to adhere.
