It's pretty disgusting when a society destroys historical statues because they are offended. Oh my gawd. Is it so awful to have a pair of testicles?

When did it become cool to be spineless wimps? I am so disgusted by these sickening pansies and cupcakes that go to such lengths to prevent being offended, and spend most of their spare time thinking up more reasons to be offended. I hope I can offend every one of them as much as possible before I die.

I don't understand how people think that by pulling down statues it suddenly erases history or the feelings that come with that history, positive or negative. Putting ones head in the sand doesn't erase an issue or unresolved feelings, it just tries to ignore it. What do we do in the future if some issue arises and our past holds to key to resolution but we're too neutered by political correctness to even mention it without fear of censure or possible physical violence?

Why does everyone need a safe space these days?

@Fernie: A safe place should be where we build up ourselves and our character first and foremost, coming to a place inside ourselves where we can handle what life throws at us. That's a basic coping mechanism we get that fosters maturity.

Someone who doesn't have that ability needs the support and understanding that helps to build it up, not people who encourage dependency and mental weakness.
