What was your favourite school subject?

@QuietSophie: oh yes they are 😊 Good to see them all in bare feet too.

@JustKate: PE is more fun in bare feet! I just love those pom poms . . seriously jealous!

@QuietSophie: Me too 😊 I never got to do anything this fun in PE

@JustKate: My PE teacher would have seen this as a bit "soft". Much of what we did involved climbing apparatus and falling off 😊

@QuietSophie: ouchie! We mostly did mat work gymnastics, apparatus, track, netball & hockey oh and the nasty muddy cross country

@JustKate: We did gymnastics, aerobics, yoga, netball, volleyball and hockey. Cross country was a once a year event, done with the boys. Always very horrible because of the cold and wet. Once I was so muddy I just went straight into the showers fully clothed 😟

@QuietSophie: poor Sophie! cross country for us was done once a year too and yes we were always very muddy.

@QuietSophie: gosh yes! Everyone lined up in tee shirts and gym knickers some even in bare feet while the teachers are wearing a tracksuit, coat, hat, gloves, scalf and even wellies 😒

Bare feet for cross country - was that if you didn't have trainers? I once lost a shoe in the mud 😟

@QuietSophie: yes they are lucky to be in a heated warm gym. Oh how things change in so little time 😊

Yes if you forgot trainers it was bare feet 😭 not so bad in summer but winter wasn't so pleasant.
