What is your advice for a first time driver?

Use your toes to accelerate, not your whole foot. But if you're going to use your whole foot, make sure to blast some Slayer while you're doing it.

Heretical as the opinion is, my personal favorite is Diabolus in Musica. But I honestly like all of their stuff, old and new. At least, aside from God Hates Us All. That was a bit of a train wreck, in my opinion.
