How can I boost my concentration?

I have a big exam just in 84 days, I'm not ready yet, I can't concentrate on my lessons and I just lost my hope because it is the second year I'm trying for it. I can't even sleep right! I sleep like 6-7 hours from 3:30-4 A.M. to 11:30.
What am I doing instead? Good question! Walking and daydreaming, mostly + switching between 3 apps, on occasion :|

i feel your pain. these are the things i should do but generally don't:

- get a regular sleep schedule. force yourself to go to bed before midnight and up at 8am
- make sure you eat properly. don't skip meals
- drink lots of water
- put away the phone. use study apps to shut it down while you study
- go to the library rather than staying home
- regular breaks. at least 10 min per 45 minutes

I have problem with breaks: I'm exhausted without them, but it is so hard to stick to my plan after taking a break.
