What according to you is best way to beat depression?

Oh, making a change, any change, your clothes, move your furniture, walk a different route, get s different bus, do something out of your comfort zone, anything different paint a room. Nothing becomes better overnight, but it's something to change the rut and treadmill we all get into in depression and it gives the neuro pathways in our brains a kick up the backside. Just change something, and good luck

Try to find the good in all the shit around you.
Do something new. something you never do, go somewhere that makes you uncomfortable. Shake yourself up a bit.
Its not a cure, but it helps to get your head in the right direction.

Sounds cliche but healthy eating and exercising. Reading for expanding your knowledge as well.

You can't beat it, join it.
