I empathize with my brain. Then again, it's a good exercise. I have to intellectually jump from a curriculum to another, several times in 4 hours.

I am trying my best to teach them to be at the center of their own learning experience. The goal is to not need me eventually, just the resources.

It is also a good reason to take care of my body to the best of my ability.
