Is there a teacher you remember from school whether it be for good or bad reasons?

I can think of one who stands out to me for good reasons. Unlike my brother I got lucky and never had a particularly terrible teacher. The first one I can remember was my second grade teacher who instilled a love of reading and writing in me and who encouraged me a lot. That was the first time a teacher ever really took interest in me especially because I was the shy/introverted type who didn't speak much. She recommended me to skip a year and I declined due to fear based reasons. She also tried to help me fit in with the other kids and would sit and talk with me sometimes to try to help me warm up some and come out of my shell. I'm still quiet and observant and don't say much because that is just who I am though I did appreciate her efforts.

My third grade teacher comes to mind first. She was very caring and made me feel safe.
At the very end of the year she read the first Harry Potter book to us, and then left her position.
I hadn’t known at the time that those books were banned in our school system.
A highschool tech teacher next. He was bullied for being gay. He was really nice to me. He pushed me to take difficult courses, tried to steer me in the right direction with friendships, and got me sponsored to go on trips. I wish I would’ve listened to him more.
I remember a couple bad ones, but they don’t seem as impactful.
