Do you think we have to have a certain kind of brain for some talents?

I was wondering if I'm not computer-y enough to learn programming, or if I haven't started early enough. But I watched this really cool RSA Animates thing about how a mindset of perseverance makes a bigger difference than a mindset that intelligence is fixed.
