I'm so sad and angry after what my English teacher did to me..

I'm French btw and we study English at high school. So we did a test where we had to write an essay about an experience that changed my life.
And today when he gave us back our papers, he told me that it is too sophisticated and good to be written by a high school student.
And he gave me 3/20, and it's a very important module :(
I'm so sad because I did something great and instead of being praised, I'm being yelled at...

You need to appeal that mark. You go to your advisor. Tell her/him that you feel abused because you worked hard on this paper and your teacher accused you of cheating. But he had no right to do what he did. IF he believed you cheated/had someone else write it, he should have given you a zero, and recommended disciplinary action.

This way, he's tried to tie your hands. Don't let him do this to you. Complain. Demand that he prove you couldn't have written it. I've known plenty of teenagers who can write circles around most teachers, simply because they have a natural flair for expressing themselves. Don't take this lying down. Demand a review. Ask for an impartial third party to read and mark your paper.

I'm so sorry you've been abused this way. It seems teachers are the same everywhere. They're just people. Some are great, and others have no right being teachers. He sounds like one of the latter.
