I'm doing a degree in environmental health and have worked as a director of education across several countries...

I then go onto the internet and post a related comment to be told that I need to "read science" and that I post "disinformation" and am "insane".

It really is ridiculous that nowadays anything that doesn't fit exactly into what someone else wants to believe is automatically "fake news" or against "the science" and that naturally the only stance to have is that you must be an absolute idiot that has never opened a text book to dare to disagree with 1% of what they think on any given day. Such people are never able to explain "the science" they say others haven't read, I often observe.

Pretty much how people say homosexuality isnt in nature

When in fact. Document after document has discovered species after species displaying homosexuality in nature.
But the bible bashers dont like science

@Gangstress Thank you for demonstrating the attitude my post is about. "Disagree with my stance and you are against science".

@Gangstress This isn't a gay post and doesn't really have anything to do with my post.

However, to respond to what you said. Homosexuality is observed in other species, and it's a big reason for the whole "overcoming the natural man" doctrine found in many religions.
