Self proclaimed IQ. (Says he doesn't have the time to take an actual IQ test)
How can a man with a self proclaimed IQ of 156 speak on a fourth grade level? (I'm being generous on that 4th grade thing)

Because IQ tests aren't language related beyond being able to read the questions being asked and even then you could have someone read it for you. They have more to do with problem solving. This is how we have measures of IQ for animals despite them not really having a grasp of human communication.
