@Bumbles I was wondering if he made the statement while at the protest, but it sounds like he made it in a post a few months ago. Not that it matters that much - its quite vile - but if he were shouting that from a megaphone right now trying to incite others within the crowd, that is much worse. Either way, he needs to be removed from campus, let alone the negotiating table.
