The Carter Department of Education should be abolished!

That power should be reserved for the states with matching federal funds dependent on test scores on a national standardized test.

If a state doesn't take the federal money they don't have to follow any of the rules, that's how the feds get them, there are a few States who tried like New Hampshire, but eventually they all break down and take the money
