Besides English and Spanish, what's the next most useful language to know in the US?

I'm just brainstorming my future plans. Right now, I'm taking Duolingo Spanish lessons to brush up on my Spanish, but I think I wanna learn something else after that.

I suppose it depends on what part where you want to live/work in. But for a general WAG, Chinese would be high on the list I suppose.
