Depends on what you re after, but I would say there are many that are at the top of the list, in the USA that would include Stanford and Cornell and any of the Ivy's really but also Chicago etc. personally, I prefer elite liberal arts colleges for an undergraduate eduction so Wiliams or Vassar or Davidson or Haverford to Swarthmore are on the top of my list.
