Who else uses Duolingo? When will my fluency percentage go up?

I remember it said I was 9% fluent after I took the placement test and was placed right before the first checkpoint, but I'm already past the 2nd checkpoint now, and it still says I'm at 9% fluency.

I'm at 64% Fluency. It goes up the more you learn. Remember that you're supposed to be fluent at the language at 100%, so the 2nd checkpoint isn't that far.

Okay, thanks. I just figured it would go up by a little, maybe closer to 15% by now, but I'll just be patient with it and keep going at it.

@hiddenkitty: You definitely should. As someone who already speaks five languages, I can tell you that Duolingo is amazing for learning more. Instead of teaching you one and one word, it focuses on teaching you sentence structure and grammar WHILE you learn the words, hence why you sometimes gets the weirdest sentences ever. It's one of the best language learning apps out there!
