Did you do PE barefoot

I did, in middle school all PE was done in bare feet.

In junior school boys wore just shorts unless they forgot then they had to do it nude .In high school we did it nude .

Kind of makes sense to do PE nude. It is all about movement and the body. I assume you were in bare feet too@Rhodesianman

@Ross19 Yes the only time we were allowed trainers was during track or cross country where they were deemed necessary .

we ran cross country in bush land as our school was surrounded by bush .We were 100 miles from civilisation in the African bush
