I want to start a master's degree in telecommunications engineering from a distance, do you know Tech?

Hey guys, lately I've been interested in doing a master's degree in telecommunications engineering and I'm looking for a cheap and distance alternative, I saw a university called Tech but I don't know anything about them, do you have any experience studying at Tech or any other information that could be useful to me apart from what is on their website.
