How can a poor person cure his child of muscle spinal atrophy , when the vaccine costs $2.1 million ?

@Max41 im slightly confused. Ive never heard of a cure for atrophy, just treating the symptoms. Also a vaccine would be used to prevent the disease, not cure. And i wasn't aware of any vaccine on the market.
