Could I get some uplifting stories of people going to pursue their college degree in the their middle age?

Life happened quickly when I was fresh out of high school and it was something I always said I would go back and do, and I am just now getting around to considering the idea.

Some of my most interesting students (I'm a university professor) are middle-aged and older people. They often get along very well with the younger students, too.
