My bestfriend is leaving her University posting and enticing me to come back to teaching adults ADULTS

I dont think Scissorhands is ready for a pay downgrade eventhough its hella tempting to just abandon the young adults I am teaching in High School 😶

@Montanaman I do enjoy it - the actual teaching part. It’s all the other stuff that sucks. If I could have more control of what I can teach and how, it would be more enjoyable for all

@DrScissorhands I swear admin has lost their minds. I’m hoping a position in our HS opens up this year so I can switch because the MS administration have lost their marbles.
