Lazy teachers can put kids off learning for life, while a good teacher who has the kids' best interests at heart can inspire their pupils in amazing ways.

On another note, whenever I see that video I always think what a great actor, narrator or voice over artist that lad would make. He's got a great awareness and command of his vocal style.
