How many family farms have been taken out from under families in the last 5 years due to estate tax?

It's very low....on average it's less than 20 small businesses/farms per year that have to pay any real estate tax at all.....and the ones that do are able to take advantage of several deductions and loopholes depending on the continued use of the land. Usually their tax will come out less than 4% of land value. And these are very very rare circumstances. The cries to repeal estate tax are purely coming from the top 1%. They exploit the very rare cases of small business/farms as a means to gain sympathy for their own agenda.
