Can ep people sue sw people for their concept and layout?

I doubt it. It's clearly inspired by EP but that's not illegal. It's not like they ripped the code from EP and made a carbon copy.
I doubt they'd even care enough to.

Given that EP is no longer published, and SW didn't come online til EP had been retired, no, there's no legal standing to sue for that. Also, I think there's a lot of the same people involved, so it'd be suing yourself.

If you can find a lawyer that sheds his/her skin twice a year you can sue anybody for anything. Shouldn't be too difficult. St. Patrick drove all of the snakes out of Ireland and they all went to NY and became lawyers or Politicians.

Sorry to be truthful here, but that will only happen if SW becomes famous like fb/ twitter! EP will demand cash for their "hard work."
