No. Since most successful folk are either business savvy or creative in their own fields.
Nothing to suggest education played any part in it.
Though I agree that education isn't completely necessary. The road would be a lot harder with out a diploma in the corporate business worlds. You'd have to build your own ladder. Which is itself very admirable and a sign of much success.

@JoanieNewHampshire: Which is why I said it depends how you define success.
Nobody ever got rich working for somebody else.
So at some point you have to go it alone and risk it.
But then success can also be measured by somebody just happy doing what they're doing.
I know a lady who is a cleaner for two companies working overnight.
She makes a reasonable wage; enjoys her work and it helps because she couldn't sleep at night.

@Picklebobble: But those instances are far and few in between. In todays world most people want money fame and a comfortable life which isn't easy to come by if you donhave any real education.
I completely agree!
I've lived a modest life providing for my self and kids and I'm quite happy having done what I have and it's been a lot. My GF Is a very successful business woman, who loves chasing the golden ring, and she has made it to that place she finds her happiness in. Succees starts with what you want and are willing to do about it. And is found in a place of contentment which you enjoy. Knowing it is the reward@Picklebobble:
@littlewonder1990: this is very true for those people who lack the ability to see beyond the hype.
@littlewonder1990: what is "real education"?

@JoanieNewHampshire: to me its not just academic knowledge but a way to be more wise.Most of us want good college with practical learning to make a living in this world.
@littlewonder1990: everyone desires and deserves access if they strive for it. Regardless of where it comes from. Looking towards today's corporate world for that Succees IS going need a sheep skin to get through the door and further education in what ever career choices you make. This is all true. And thats where most look. As pickle bobble suggests. It isn't always necessary for those savvy enough to gain success on thier own. The simply requires effort to do what you are willing to do to a point in which you feel Successful. Measuring your Succees by another's is often a failure.
