Is it weird if a persons marriage isn’t on the county search site

Maybe it’s not listed, but doesn’t mean it’s an invalidated marriage. What’s weird is someone else looking for someone’s marriage status online. My ex sister-in-law looks for my brother’s marriage status online and it’s creepy.
