Why is Calculus so irritating?

My grades so far have been:
Test 1: C
Test 2: F
Test 3: D
Essay on real-world applications: likely B or A
According to my grade calculator using the official equation for the class, even if I fail the final exam today, I’ll pass the class with a D. However, I feel like he’ll fail me anyway if I fail the exam because I don’t know Calculus well enough, so I’m aiming for a D (or above *jokes*).
I feel like the only things I’m good at are limits, Calculus terminology, simple differentiation, and certain types of optimization problems. I don’t know about, uh, related rates, integrals, accumulation, “the fundamental theorem of calculus,” l’hopital’s rules, logs, inverse functions, the chain rule, trig inverses.... Yeah I’m not well prepared at all
