What do you do with a professor that refuses to give 100s?
She'll give me a 18.5 out of 19 on every section and then write "well written!" as the only comment.

I mean, has she said that she doesn't give 100s? Go to her office hours and ask her what was wrong with your work, and why she took off a .5
