Car doesn't start when its cold?

It only does this when it's cold. I have to rev the gas for a few minutes before itll idle on it's own. It did this last year and I discovered the battery was severely drained. One quick charge at Walmart and it was good for several months until now. Any ideas

Battery will probably need replacement soon. The cold idle is probably a different issue. Spray some carb/injector cleaner through the intake, make sure to clean the throttle body and idle control valve. Assuming it's computerized. If not, adjust your choke.
Battery tests at the parts store are often faulty.

Battery is either dying or it was extremely cold. Did you start it up and turn it off rapidly recently? In either case, go to a shop or at least an auto part store for a test. Battery or alternator would be the culprits.

So you charged the battery is what you did? Well you may need to actually replace it.

@SW-User supposedly they said the battery and alternator were fine. I am gonna get them tested again

@CuddleFeesh Did you say Walmart? Don't ever go to Walmart for any kind of auto problems, lol. I would go to an independent repair facility.
